You called me a reptile, reptile girl

With her reptile tears and her reptile curls.

You told me my cries were that of a liar

My cries not enough to put out the fires.

I made you angry, an angry boy

Who angers and rages and breaks all his toys.

We were like children, children confused

Who just like children, were apt to abuse.

“Baby, come back,” you call and you call,

But calling me baby won’t undo our brawls.
